You can download my resume in DOCX and PDF formats.
I’d like to give you some clues about me and how you should evaluate my resume without taking your time with monotonous statements. Please give me a call or send an email and let’s schedule an interview, if and only if at least one of these is valid for you:
- Your company really needs someone who can think out of the box, always searches and suggests better and more efficient approaches, improve the products, their performances and time taking internal processes.
- Your software, database or internal processes have some chronic issues and you need someone who can diagnose your issues, even if you’re not aware of them, can bring solution alternatives, can list all possible side effects or risks, and forward you to the best option by proving them with solid numbers and data, and also willing to take responsibility and take the initiative while applying them.
- Your company always use new technologies and never repeat itself but suffers to find people who is willing to learn and try them with pleasure (Attn: It’s not same with “without any complaint”) and also a quick learner.
- Your development team needs an experienced Sr. Software Engineer who has management experience and will share his/her experiences, train and/or motivate them and can prove he/she already did this before.
- Your company has some long term targets and wants to hire a Sr. Software Engineer who is brilliant, can understand the needs and contribute with his ideas and different approaches for better products and totally new products/modules.
- Your company needs someone in your development team who can understand the needs of your sale team and can prioritize the issues by thinking both the sale targets and technical needs/debt at the same time.
- Your company needs someone who can give the correct technical perspectives and can explain the pros and cons of your products to your sale team so that they can hit the nail on the head when they need.
- Your company wants to hire someone as Sr. Software Developer or team leader who has good reputation, can bring perfect testimonials from his/her clients, can show any of his/her previous colleagues as a reference and still good relations with his/her previous employers.
… and please don’t spend your time with me, if at least one of these is valid for you:
- You need just another software developer for your chore tasks
- You need a good developer but it’s for a short term and you have no intention for a long term commitment.
- You’ll ask questions like “the difference between Interface and Abstract class” or “what is the difference between mutable and immutable objects” or “which one is better? SCOPE_IDENTITY() or @@IDENTITY?”. I took and passed two Microsoft Certificate Exams (70-461 and 70-483) just to get rid of these types of questions. (If you’ve already passed these tests and want to discuss my code library, you’re more than welcome. I can show some of them, talk about my coding standards, explain the tricks and why I selected some methods over the others and so on)
- If you expect me to know and remember everything including all technical terms, abbreviations, slang, etc. in the interview. If so, please look at my previous explanation one more time.
- Your company always give false hopes and promises to his clients, employees and partners.
- You always complain about the issues and collect everyone’s opinions but never apply them or always postpone. (A goal without a plan is just a wish and decrease the motivation)
If you check my resume by keeping these points in mind, you will find several proofs to my claims. In addition, I’m confident about them and always ready to give more details, share some codes, show some examples from my presentations and discuss them in the interview.
